One of the shirts literally had a hole and the hole was sewn shut. It was the FIRST TEE I picked out of the box, so there is a crease on that shirt. I will use it, I wasn't even going to say anything. But I thought it was "hilarious." I get not wanting to waste a tee... but you couldn't keep that as a sample or something over there? Otherwise, the tees are soft and I like the design placement. I would order again, because I figure there is no way I am going to get another shirt with a hole that has been sewn shut. There is NO WAY that could be common practice.

I used Custom ink maybe 8 years ago and didn’t have a need until now. The quality hasn’t changed, amazing customer service in terms of providing updates on where the product is at. It also just came way faster than I was expecting. The quality was fantastic - no weird smells, the design doesn’t feel stiff or hard, and the shirt itself is very soft but not thin. Will be using again in the near future!
