I really wish custom ink wasn't so afraid of other companies using the threat of government force for using copyright 'protected' content whwn used for a single shirt. I get it though. Tara H was my customer service rep and she went above and beyond to help with my order. Give this girl a raise! Service like the kind she provided will bring me back to CI where their fear of copyright laws would normally have marked my last purchase. Best thing you guys ever did was decide to make individual shirts and hire employees like Tara H.

I never do surveys or reviews but I want your team to know that Custom Ink is a breath of fresh air. The front end is better than any of your competitors that I have used, your options are more expansive, and then as if that isn't enough... you have humans review the order and call to confirm any inconsistencies or potential issues prior to cutting the cloth. Upon receiving the phone call, your representative was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely friendly allowing us to work through any design concerns together to positive result. I was very happy when I received my shirts. The quality is better than I expected and the printing looks well done. I am excited to force my family to wear them on our upcoming family vacation. The family that wears matching vacation shirts together....stays together...right?!

Originally my sweater had a potentially copyrighted image on the back. At first, I expected a robot to just detect the copyright violation and force me back to the redesign phase. However, I was pleasantly surprised by real people came to assist me. A super friendly CustomInk employee Leanne reached out to me with simple options to choose from, and her team had already made minor edits to the design to make it clear under copyright laws. The best part of the experience was that, despite the small issue we had to figure out, the hoodies still came at the promised initial arrival date!

Every aspect of my design turned out better than expected! I can always count on Custom Ink to do a fantastic job. Their mission to ensure their customer's upmost satisfaction is a breath of fresh air in today's world.

I do have other shirts that I made in 2016 (same image) that faded slightly after one wash. I’m going to make sure this one gets hand washed and air dried to see if that helps

My Dragon Force National Karate Demo Team and students from Ryoshin-Kan Karate School love the new T-shirts from Custom Ink. We wear them during Demo Team practice, at Karate Demos and also when we go on trips. We will be ordering more t-shirts very soon.

I was happy that it was delivered before it was scheduled. I like the material as it feels comfortable and air-able. This is a gift for a co-worker with company paying for it. I feel the company will be as impressed as I am and will put in a large order with company logo.

These shirts are nice and soft! They run a size or 2 small, so size UP for a normal fit. For a loose fit, size up 2 above. Air dry for best post-wash fit.

I go to SO many places these days where the staff acts like it doesn't care about their customers; like they don't want anything to do with them; like they're too cool for the clientele; like serving and working is beneath them; like it's a privilege for the customer to be helped by the staff, and I can't tell you how deeply sick and frustrated I am by this vain new world where everyone thinks they are or wishes to be fake-breasted and butted Kim Kardashian or one of her 19 sisters. Which is why it was such an incredible tsunami of fresh air to deal with Emma at custom ink. She contacted me right after I made my online-order and worked happily with me until we got the order exactly the way I wanted. It was A-mazing! I can count on zero fingers how many times that has happened to me in living memory!! If Emma isn't already an executive vice-president in custom ink, she should be and-or ought to be given a huge raise for her efforts and lovely personality: YOU DO NOT WANT TO LOSE HER!!

Happy return customer. The shirts are not cheap, but everything is easy to customize and the previous batch of shirts have held up thru the years with a faded logo not a peeling one like I've encountered with other T-shirt screen printing. The website even took my custom logo in vector jpg and didn't force a white background (I don't have the gif capabilities to make the white transparent), so the "sample" shirt looks better than I had thought when I sat down to design it. The shirt is exactly what I wanted and the shipping was reasonable and relatively quick.

I was mildly disappointed when the shirt I ordered arrived and it was larger than expected. The site says the child's XS fits 2-4T but honestly I would say it fits more like a 5 or 6. I am now having to pay more to have it remade locally. HOWEVER!!!! The shirt I ordered is a welcome home shirt for my daughter to wear when my husband comes home from deployment. He is airborne in the Air Force and we are facing a lot of future deployments so I'm going to save the shirt for a future one. I am not at all disappointed in quality or the printing of the shirt. I'm not sure exactly how they do it, it looks like ink they used to screen print which I love because it dyes the fibers rather than on top of them. The image is going to last forever that way.

The shirts were ordered last minute and I was completely depending on your promise date and they came and were are perfect! I'm surprising my husband with a hot air balloon ride for our 2nd anniversary and these top off the gift amazingly!! THANK YOU

The customer service was outstanding. They paid for next-day-air shipping even though the reason for needing it sooner was my fault. Unbelievable!

Shante at the McKinney store went above and beyond. I came into the store 30 minutes before closing with a special request from my future daughter-in-law. She helped me make major brownie points by having the tank tops delivered directly to the air-b-n-b where she was hosting the Bachelorette weekend. I called Customer Service twice to ask questions and their answers were absolutely correct. Crisis avoided. Mother-in-law points "won".
