Specifically, Abigail Allen walked me through the process; clearly explained my options; and provided me with a number of suggestions that helped our small squad of Army veterans get a superior product. Additional members of your team helped talked me through the final details of the printing and delivery options. Is it possible to have the design we had made saved to continue to order from I'm in the army and we constantly need new shirts for events and physical training my unit is planning on buying the shirts I designed on a regular basis to replace ruin and old ones as well as for new personnel to our unit and the family members who want to support our unit. So what would I need to do to continuously be able to order these shirts

It was fun to design this shirt for my son. He is in basic combat training for the Army right now and I wanted to make him a shirt with all his information on it as a graduation gift!!

The website was pretty self-explanatory. I had questions and got through on the phone very quickly. Larissa Norris was my T-shirt Ambassador, and she exceeded all my lofty customer service expectations. Not only did she quickly answer my questions, she managed to have my logo modified from 6 colors to 2 while I was still on the phone. She made sure to understand what I wanted and make my head spin with lightening fast service. I am in the US Army, and our shirts are more than just a softball team uniform, they have become an instant source of pride for our entire unit. Now that everyone has seen them, we will probably have to place another order so our fans in the stands can rock our colors, too! Well done, Customink.com! Outstanding service. Outstanding product. Our event is tied to an Army unit and I REALLY appreciated the email from a former Soldier thanking us for our service. It just so happened that the customer service rep I talked to on the phone was also a former military guy. I'm not sure if that was a coincidence or if Custom Ink is part of the vet hiring program. Either way I applaud the fact that you do hire veterans. Not only will I order from you again, I will recommend Custom Ink to any other group looking for shirts.

Customer service was better than I was expecting. It was nice to be connected to a real person right from the get go. I also received an email from a former Army Reservist who noticed my order was for an Army platoon and wanted to say hi. I really appreciated that. The T-shirt was a gift for my brother. While in Army aviation and later while fly air rescue his call sign was Frog. He was very happy with the design your staff came up with. Thank you again for another great product.

These tee shirts mean so much to me. they are so beautiful, the color is gorgeous and bright. we are heading to Fort Leonard Wood in Missouri for our daughters army graduation. We will stand out in the crowd when we see her for the first time in many weeks. Modifying the graphics was not real easy. The ARMY "star" was showing the sweatshirt red color which would have been perfect for the Chinese or Russians. I had to get a customer service representative to fill the star white as we work for the good ole USA. The text below the star ....... at first I wanted to bend it in a "U". I couldn't get that feature to work. I was successful above the star and love the way it turned out. As it turned out ........ the total order came out fantastic. When I received it I was very pleased.
