Kim was fantastic with customer service and was incredibly helpful communicating with my colleague when I had to leave the country for a trip. I will definitely use CustomInk again for our order. It was so easy to create the design using the website. The shirts and sweatshirts look great and will be the perfect for our event.

These items were a gift for someone who overcame a deadly virus and today and everyday appreciates all life has to offer. She has wanted a Brown Newfoundland dog since she was 10 yrs old. So not putting off things for "someday" she decided now was the right time to get a BROWN NEWFOUNDLAND PUPPY DOG! We finally found a terrific breeder in Poland (the country) and "OLIVER" will be arriving around February 9, 2019. So the 2 shirts your company made and has reached her are truly loved by her! These shirts are will let everyone know what "OLIVER" looks like as a puppy, as he will be 4months old when arriving in the USA!

I very much appreciated your help with this recent order. I needed it delivered in a super rush time frame (for a birthday; the honoree was departing the country). In the way of background, I had selected "Rush" shipping (overnight), however the guarantee was only for Friday and I needed the item by Thursday. The only place to note this need to deliver by Thursday was on the online order form "Notes" area. I had no way to confirm whether Custom Ink could honor this request, so I went ahead with the order and crossed my fingers. Custom Ink came through - your team turned around this rush order and had it delivered by Thursday. This made all the difference, and I am grateful to your team for going above and beyond to get this item to me in a narrow time frame. Heartfelt thanks.

Awesome experience! I got sweatshirts make for my sons cross country team and they absolutely loved them! I will use your website again for sure! I am a graphic artist and your website is a dream come true. So much easier than having my stuff screen printed locally and exceptionally reasonably priced!

I really liked the hooded sweatshirts for the cross country team and how they turned out. The material is thick and heavy so it's nice to wear for the cool weather. The ink/printing is crisp and professional looking. I have not washed the sweatshirt yet so I do not know how well it will wash but I'm sure it will be fine.

such an easy way to design and collect orders for our cross country team gear. No paper order forms and checks going back and forth to school via our kids. We were able to get everyone's orders in and paid within a few days instead of spending a couple weeks tracking down money and order forms and then having to organize all of the orders so one could be placed. And then depositing cash and checks so I could pay personally. SO easy that we were able to offer more than one item for choose from. A team mom even approached me to find out how to do the easy order for her son's team because this seemed so streamlined to her!

As I sent the t-shirts as a gift, I did not see the finished product. AND...the woman receiving is out of the country, so has not opened the package. Can you tell me if there is a note in the package saying who the gift is from. I think I was told that there is no invoice included. I will write after Stacy opens package.

CustomInk's products, customer service and website design really made this a good experience. Pay close attention to the actual measurements; the various manufacturers have different sizes. Shirts arrived 3-4 business days earlier than promised so our cross-country team was able to wear the shirts to our weekend meet earlier than expected.

Great experience--shirts were just as ordered, printing clear and sharp. AND, they arrived a day early even though our part of the country was frantic about Florence!

This was an awesome experience when designing a t-shirt for our family reunion. The website was very easy to use, and I loved designing the shirts and how easy it was to try other colors and designs and save so many options. Super easy to upload the link to share with relatives all over the country so everyone could order their own, and it took each person about a minute to actually place an order. And when all 44 shirts arrived, on time, the order was perfect! Thanks so much! Will definitely use Custom Ink again!

I was extremely happy with custom ink! There was always a person to talk to. Every time I called I was met with a friendly positive voice at the other end ready to help me with my project.
