Custom Ink was very easy to work with, the online design tool was simple, and they printed and shipped the order much quicker than promised, and the delivery came several days ahead of the promised date. The printing of our logo was very good and captured the nuances better than we expected, thanks!

Customer service is the best I've ever experienced. I had a rush order and the sooner I got it the better, they understood and they arrived 2 days earlier than expected! I had concerns about logos and QR code visibility- they adjusted everything to fit better and tested to ensure everything worked before shipping! Fantastic, will use again!

The shirts & printing are great (and the website easy to use). I've ordered from Custom Ink a number of times, and delivery has always been on time or early... until this time. I checked the tracking on the day it was due, and it said that the delivery should be completed the day before it was due, but it actually showed up the day after it was due. As a one-off mistake, that's not too bad — just a bit strange.

Custom Ink came through for us in a pinch, when another vendor failed to deliver. We had a tight deadline (paid for 3 day shipping), and they met it. The items looked great, and were delivered on time. Sometimes it is a bit tricky, as some CI folks work on email, others on the phone, so I seemed to speak to a lot of different people. However, they all seemed able to access the information (email threads, orders, etc.), and they all worked to ensure that the order went through smoothly. I've used Custom Ink many times before, and now they are becoming my go-to company for printed products.

Every person in the CustomInk team that I interacted with was super professional and friendly - from the people managing the chat to the people I interacted with via email. I was a little on edge because the timing was tight, they promised to deliver by a certain date and the hats actually arrived 2 days earlier! Placed an order for 250 tote bags imprinted on both sides for a conference. Used the website with ease and uploaded image without an issue. Wanted to print on both sides, had questions, entered into a chat with customer service and was able to resolve in a minute. FInal product printed and arrived a day earlier and they look great! Would definitely order again and highly recommend Custom Ink!

Custom Ink has good support and although I'm not crazy about using the chat feature, with this company you are communicating with a live person. Big difference with real results. The shipment came exactly the day it was stated in the order.
