The customer service team is incredible. They called before our koozies were printed to make sure our design was exactly what we wanted!

I don't get to write a review like this very often, but Custom Ink blew my expectations out of the water. I am 100% going to order from them again. The success on my first order has already led me to design several other items with them. The design turned out incredible. The site is extremely easy to use with lots of options for whatever you may be looking to have customized. I received them quick and they were a big hit with the team. Now every occasion is an excuse to order from Custom Ink. Holiday themed team shirts? I think yes. Can Koozies for the whole league? Oh absolutely! So glad I tried Custom Ink, I would highly recommend them.

I have been using Custom Ink for several years for an annual event we host. They always do an exceptional job and the koozies arrive when promised!

The screen printing is much to be desirable. Many of the koozies we ordered were not centered properly and many of the koozies you can see both sides of the screen printing on one side do to packaging them fresh off the press. The products color, material, and easy use website access was great, but overall product was mediocre.

As always, my experience with Custom Ink was nothing but the best and top notch! This is why I continue to use their services. We received so many positive comments about the t-shirts and Koozies that were made for the annual clay shoot scholarship fundraiser. Customer service was the best and made sure we received everything in time. The quality, design and printing were all perfect and we will definitely be using them again. Custom Ink is a great company!

What a great experience! I wanted to design koozies/can coolers for my daughter's wedding. When I encountered any complication, I used the chat feature and the customer service was exceptional! They were able to combine my 2 color choices into 1 larger order and save me some money. We are so pleased with the quality! Also, they arrived sooner than expected. I would say expectations were exceeded.

Had great customer Service that helped me change my logo to only one color to apply to the slim can koozie . Even helped me make a few tweaks to make sure I got what I was looking for. Overall product was great too. Fit the slim cans greatly . Can’t wait to use these slim can koozies!
