It was an easy experience overall, but it was a bit pricey. If I was going to be ordering multiple shirts, I would have had to order elsewhere.

I had a positive overall experience with Custom Ink. I submitted my own designs, and each one looks great. I appreciated the suggested position templates when deciding where to put the different designs on the shirts.

We picked Custom Ink to create a shirt for our family trip to celebrate my dad’s retirement. We loved the ability to get a small number of items at various sizes. We also loved the ability to upload our own custom design - I had each family member send me a doodle to add to the design. The only disappointment from our order is that the placement of the front design on the youth sized shirts ended up almost halfway down on the left rather than left chest as in the proof. The adult sizes turned out as expected.

Honestly, super fun to use. I will likely use again to make some silly shirts for my family next holiday season

Another great experience ordering custom t shirts with custom ink. Team went above and beyond to ensure we received our orders on time despite the holiday schedule. T shirts came out great. Will definitely order from them again.

The adult shirts were great, but the design on the youth shirts were so faded.

Great experience overall, easy to make my own shirts. Although I would recommend having some type of tool to help someone who is completely new to making shirts just a little bit more, but at this point this isn’t custom ink fault, I’d be user error I suppose

Takes forever to receive but good shirts and good reliable company .

I liked the shirts and company was pretty easy to deals with. The design was easy to do and liked the fact they checked everything with me over phone before printing. Price was not cheap definitely expensive but besides that perfect service

Designing the shirt on the website was fine, and there were lots of options for shirts and colors. However, the t-shirts seem to be cheaply made and the labels on the sleeves are inconsistently positioned and off-center. Overall, the product is satisfactory, but I would probably look at other manufacturers in the future.

I love every shirt I’ve purchased from Customer Ink, but my last shirt seems to have the design slightly off centered.

I wish the quality of the prints was better. I won't use this site again for the specific kind of image I had printed onto t-shirt gifts, but if it was simply text I'd definitely order again!

I like the finish, but the wrong color tee shirt was sent!

Custom Ink has always been a great company to work with. We have always been pleased with their customer service. The quality of their print has been a bit disappointing lately. Parts of the print peel away after washing the shirts. Some just a little bit while other shirts had pieces of the logo missing after the first wash.
