I hadn't used Custom Ink for 5 or 6 years, but it was still easy to design. I did need help after I realized I was designing on a towel rather than a shirt. I called as I didn't want to start over or spend a long time figuring out how to transfer the design to a shirt. The customer service rep was able to move it to a shirt and color of my choice with just a few questions and change the printing from black to white since the shirt was dark purple. I then hung up and finished my design to my satisfaction. I think the shirts came in 9 days. We will have fun wearing them on our 50th anniversary cruise.

Perfect for family reunions! We were able to easily create a design and choose a shirt that came in sizes to fit toddlers up to large/tall adults and everyone in between (90 people total)! The Group Order option made ordering, paying, and shipping so simple! We will definitely be doing this for future reunions and other group shirt needs!

I think the estimated time of delivery was very fair and still accurate considering we had to wait for licensing approval so I think that was good, but I think the factors going into the whole process of approving these designs should be made clearer on the website. I expressed a lot of frustration to Customer Service and perhaps irritation in my words but they were very professional and patient with me, which I appreciated. However, I felt I had to ask a series of many questions to clear up the situation because the initial answers were very vague when the situation wasn't actually that complicated. It was also confusing having two lines of communication through email and text. I think the quality of the shirts were fine but they came with some lint on them. I appreciate the packaging and stickers with each shirt. Overall I'm satisfied with my experience but was very shocked to learn about potential delays due to licensing issues because I was ordering for a college club and this process was stressful and confusing for me, so I would have appreciated heads up from the start (before I ordered the shirts).

Custom Ink makes it easy for one to bring to life the design, and get a quote on your options rather than having to sign up or have a limit to making the shirt. As for the color shirt options, since it is a Gildan brand, I have found out from a source to head to a quilting, or crafting store like Michael's, JoeAnn Fabrics, or Hobby Lobby to see what the color will actually appear. It would be nice also for the site to say your display settings should be at "XX" in order to get the closest match for color.

I had tried to get this shirt design printed by another company that, after a month, told me they couldn't do it. Custom Ink had no problems and delivered the shirts with quality and expediency. I could not be happier than I am with the results.

I’m so happy I used custom ink for this customized this t-shirt. The t-shirt was great. The picture printed was very clear. Placement of text and graphics. I needed expedited shipping because I was late in ordering. And I ordered a larger size just to be sure shirt fit.

This is the second order I have had where the shirt is a different color upon arrival than I ordered. It did not show above the Comfort Colors Chalky Mint shirts I also ordered. They are definitely a seafoam/mint color. However, on the website, it appears this and the Island Reef color are swapped. Both my students and I were REALLY hoping for a light green. When the order arrived, I went back to the design lab to see if it really was a me problem. I understand that what I got was mint, but the design lab still shows on my end that the Chalky Mint was a light green and the Island Reef was more minty on my end. It feels like I should have called to clarify that, but I want to trust that what is on the website is accurate. Especially when I am ordering for a time crunch. This does make me question if I will order from Custom Ink again so I do not yearly disappoint my students.

I have a been a repeat customer of customink for years now. Unfortunately, the customer service is hit or miss. Their design consultants have been super helpful on past orders. They however were not flexible and did not help me resolve a group order issue regardless of me being a repeat customer on a previous order attempt. I also have ordered products that were not screened for issues even though they say their team does this. There was a type-o on one product and it was too late to ask for a refund. This most recent order was a second round of product ordering of a previous shirt design and it came out poor to say the least. The font was fuzzy and the design was obviously not centered. Either they have inconsistent employees or they have gone downhill since I started ordering from them…
