I really believe there should ALWAYS be a proof sent out for the customer to look at and approve/deny before any work is completed. This should happen regardless of how many shirts are ordered. This is not the case apparently, since I only ordered 3. Had they done this I could have cleared up a couple issues for the design team prior to printing. The final product looks good, but not great.

The custom printing was excellent, t-shirt soft good quality, time frame on receiving my order was quick .

Overall, I love Custom Ink. I've been ordering custom shirts and sweatshirts from them for almost a decade now and they always do an amazing job. I will continue to do so.

Great service. They got the shirts delivered on time even though our business office was slow with getting the PO

I placed an order for (10) XL shirts by mistake and then immediately sent an email asking to change sizes (to 5 XL and 5 2XL) - and the anticipated ship date was 2 weeks away. The email I received immediately following said, "sorry your order is already in production". This was an error on my end I agree, however I wanted to change it - and wasnt able to.

Was very easy to add our logo, which is an unusual color, and the print came out great. Was easy to upload our logo and adjust the size and position on the shirt how we wanted. Made it easy to save the design and re-order was simple as well. Appreciate being able to order 1 at a time as we like to use these as anniversary rewards.

Quality Custom shirt but Shipping is slower than expected

Custom Ink was a great resource for our business uniform needs. I had to order an assortment of items from a polo short, tee shirts, hoodies, and embroidered caps. I was able to choose from different manufacturers to get the best quality and fit. The “no minimum” on most items was very helpful. I used my own logo/artwork and had items printed and embroidered, all the items look great! Production and shipping was also timely even though it’s the busy holiday shipping season. Overall, my experience was overwhelming positive and I highly recommend Custom Ink for all your custom printed/embroidered needs.

Shirt material and print looks great. My only complaint is my shirt arrived with 3 stains on it. I was able to mostly clean them off (didn't want to try to get a replacement shirt due to wanting to give this shirt as a Christmas present, and was unsure if I would get the replacement before Christmas).

Great experience.... easy to use website... much more affordable than I expected to order custom shirts.

4 of the 6 boxes were broken, torn, falling apart and filthy dirty. Pretty much looked like they fell off the truck. You shorted my order once AGAIN. Several of the long sleeve shirts have attached strings from the seams that are just hanging off and cannot be pulled. I found this out the hard way. The hoodies are NOT thick and warm like what was explained to me. AND to top all of this off, I stabbed myself on a sewing needle that was left in between the shirts in the box when I was taking them out.

the interface on the website was great. it was easy to find the shirt brand/type I wanted, and I was pleased that it supported the PDF file type. I didn't know the white area of my design would be printed in white on the colored shirt tho - I wasn't crazy about that.

Custom Ink is absolutely amazing! The quality of their products is always top notch. This is the only shirt company I will ever use.

This was the second time I’ve used Custom Ink and was again very pleased with my order of t-shirts and hoodies. High quality art in full color printed perfectly. I saved the order on the web site and then went to the King St. store in Alexandria to take a look at the fabrics in-person. Bryce was very helpful and I ended up changing the shirts I originally chose to a better quality fabric. My order delivered very quickly and exactly when they estimated it would arrive. It was a great experience start to finish.

I have made several purchases with Custom Ink and have always been pleased with their performance. Custom Ink has the absolute BEST website for custom designing your own product whether it be a T-shirt, water bottle, or any other promotional product. Custom Ink's customer service department is second to none and they are always very courteous, professional, and extremely responsive!
