The ti-dye shirts are a big fan in my group of kids. The only problem is that when you wash them MULTIPLE times, it bleeds. There has to be a better way to provide ti-dye shirts, but higher quality so it doesn't bleed. Our washed shirts has turned completely light blue instead of ti-dye blue. Overall, still loved the process with designing and the shipping was right on time.

Geno was very patient and accommodating with our requests. He also helped find a very similar shirt for someone needing a larger size than this tye dye shirt had in stock. The product came quickly and packed well. Follow up was timely and they met a not-so-easy deadline.

Dylan was very helpful during the ordering process (on the phone). Follow up by Laura was great. The sample and shirts vere perfect! Everyone loved the slightly different colors in the tie-dyes. The screen printing in black (Dylan's suggestion) looked great. We were very happy. The two customized shirts (SUPERVISOR & DIRECTOR) contained large amounts of the favorite colors of that person within the tie-dye, almost as if they had picked it themselves. Several people asked where we go our shirts from. Great job, Custom Ink!

Everyone loved the tie-dyed t-shirts we wore at the luncheon for my parents' 50th anniversary and for the group photo! I really appreciated Amy R.'s customized service creating the design - thank you!

I had to call customer service a few times while my organization worked out what kind of bags we wanted to order, and they were so warm and helpful every time. I don't think it's possible to talk to a grumpy or unhelpful custom ink service representative! (Special shout-out to Crystal J. for helping me figure out what would be best for tie-dye!)

Easy website user interface. Able to design my shirt with ease and the end result was better than expected the tie-dye colors were vibrant and full. Very pleased.

You want an opinion on my experience with Custom Ink? FUNNY. I talked to a customer service rep about combining my order so I didn't have to place two separate orders for my shirts and they walked me through and got me going. I placed an order on 3/26 with rush delivery we would have them by 4/1. Great! Perfect! Our event was Friday 4/5 so even with a tiny delay there would be time. Well, we got the proofs and they were incorrect so that took an extra day to get new proofs. On 3/28 I approved the final proofs a little weary that we weren't going to get our shirts on the original expected delivery date of 4/1. Shocker our shirts weren't there on time. Not only that but on 4/3 I got an email saying there had been also misprint and they were out of the shirts we had originally ordered so they wouldn't arrive until after our event date. We were sent shirts on a different shirt than we ordered, that didn't match the opposite design we had ordered (we had a blue tie dye and a pink tie dye shirt and received blue tie dye and solid pink, YUCK) and were told we would be receiving our original ordered shirts on Friday 4/5 (guess what, that's our event date!) Oh, don't worry, we got a credit for future use though (because after this experience I'll totally be using Custom Ink again) and 5% of our order refunded. The blue tie dyed shirts and solid pink shirts show up Thursday during the day while I'm at work, not even giving me enough time to get them and give them to the girls to have them on time for Friday morning. The originally ordered tie dye shirts show up Friday at 11:00 (after the promised time of 9:00, because of a supposed weather delay) after our event had began. Am I happy? No. Will I ever use Custom Ink again? Absolutely not.

Ordered these for my senior classes graduation hoodie. We all love the uniqueness of the tie-dye and the print came out awesome!

I’m a repeat customer at a custom ink and not only have they always hit it out of the park in terms of customer service and quality of product , with this particular order they also outdid themselves in terms of speed and attention to detail. My order required some graphics being tweaked and modified (as per my instructions on the order) and their very first proof was exactly what I had envisioned. The order also arrived several days earlier than predicted and allowed me to get the shirts out to the participants with tie to spare before our event. I’ve gone with “cheaper” local alternatives a few times between orders and every time I’ve told myself “ this is the last time I use someone else for t-shirt printing for our events”. The quality, turn-around time, professionalism and customer service is second to none and totally worth the price. 5 stars all the way.

This is a wonderful website developed by people who understand how to build one. I ordered from here last year for my science olympiad team and really liked the results. The quality of the shirts and screen printing were top notch. So, naturally, this year I had to order from them again (and also the students really enjoy tye-dye shirts). I have been impressed by how accurately what I see on the screen is what appears on the final product. This will not be the last time I order from them.

The students were so excited to see the white t-shirts with our Team 7-3 logo. We used the t-shirts to learn about catalysts during our Chemistry unit. Each student tie dyed their shirt and the quality of the products was superior.

It was great this year! Love the shirts, they’re so bright and exactly what I wanted/invisioned. I would love to see more die dye options...:)

I usually order from custom ink once a year for our dig pink volleyball shirts and every year the shirts are amazing! We have use tie dye shirts, long sleeve shirts, short sleeve shirts, multi layer printing, color, and simple black and white and no matter what design we come up with custom ink always perfects those designs and send us high quality shirts very quickly!

I thought the hoodies would have a little more white in the tie-dye. They are still awesome and I will definitely recommend Custom Ink to others as well as continuing to shop here myself...Thanks again!
