Everything about this experience has been great... the website is easy and fun to use, the options are limitless, the customer service has been top-notch, my package came a week(!) earlier(!) than I had anticipated. Exceeded expectations, however, I cannot be like a French Figure skating judge and give perfect scores!!! Do not lose sight of the value in customer contact by your reps. The email that I received that assured me a person was actually reviewing my order was awesome. Is there any other business I would go to? I think not!
