The female that I talked to on the phone about our order details was not very nice. I was spoken to as if I were someone that worked in the office and should know all these little details and jargon and felt that I was made to feel kind of stupid. The way she approached to point of the call and myself drove me to just say "**** it" just get rid of it (the subject of the call)
