It was a very rewarding experience to work with your company. All of the people that we worked with ( which were quite a few especially with the upcoming tee shirt order) were a delight to work with. The cups and aprons were packaged well, arrived promptly and looked even better than we had expected. Absolutely had a great experience with CustomInk. Was able to use a customer service chat feature to find a recommended product that fit our size and quality requests. Products arrived earlier than even expected and packed safely. The logo for our shirts came out very bold, clear and durable. Many options to choose from so we found what was best for our team. The person who processed our order, Kathy Chornyak, was incredibly helpful; she found out that two of my orders were duplicates, just using different products (one for mens, one for womens) and was able to combine the two and save my team & company money which was greatly appreciated. Very happy with service.

We have ordered from CustomInk a few times. This is the only time we were not completely satisfied. We needed to order more of another item. We exceeded the minimum order quantity with the first order, but when we needed to reorder (just 2 weeks later), we were told we would have to again meet the minimum. Unfortunately, we will be trying another company that has more reasonable terms. If we can get the same quality from another company, we might have to move our business.

I found the process of creating the mug simple and was grateful that we could achieve our goal with little effort. The consultant tidied up the logo, and I think the result is professional in appearance. The mug itself is nicely-balanced. I really like it!
