It was very easy to use CustomInk to create an item that was exactly what we wanted. I appreciate the small attention to detail that allowed all of our shirts to look their best once the design team perfected our look prior to printing. The group sign-up sheets were immensely helpful and the quick, FREE shipping was fantastic. I didn't realize that we could combine two different products into one order since they had the same printing but customer service immediately notified me and credited my account with the change in price!

Would have to say that the follow up and customer service trying to resolve our issues was good, we are not sure that we would order from your company in the future. The product, both in printing and quality is to inconsistant. It is hard when you are expecting something to be one way and arrives different it is disappointing. Disappointing not only to us, but to the parents and students who purchase products from us based on supplying good quality in the past.
