The customer rep that I dealt with was super enthusiastic and extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions and concerns. Once my order was sent in via email, the order was processed very quickly and efficiently. This is what customer service is all about!!! Pretty happy with the overall experience. The order showed up on time despite needing a few corrections on my part. the t-shirts are solid quality and the icons that were added look good. From start to finish it was easy to get feedback from others involved and there are good tools to tweaking the layout of the t-shirt design.

The representative I spoke with, Jessica, was very helpful and paid attention to every detail of my order. She made sure to address our needs and make sure our design went into production as we desired. Thank you to the team for another great experience!

Custom Ink went above and beyond what I expected for customer service. Not only did they notice that I placed separate orders (same design) for women’s and men’s shirts (different products), combined the two, and lowered the cost; but they also donated to the charity event printed on our shirts (without solicitation). I will definitely use Custom Ink again for future needs and spread the word.

The customer service I received was extremely attentive. I had additional questions and the representative followed up with me. I really appreciate the customer service--probably some of the best I've experienced!

As always, CustomInk did a great job with my order. Between the simple site functionality, shirt quality, vast range of options and phenomenal customer service, CustomInk is a no-brainer for my next group shirt design.
