Very disappointed with the production error. Since I have used CustomInk many times in the past and recommended we use it to the group, the goof up was a poor refection on me to my colleagues.

This was the first time we used CustomInk and we are very satisfied. The customer service was excellent. We appreciated your willingness to use our artwork without additional cost. I like the way the website is set up so that we could mess around with several designs before finding one that we wanted to actually make. The shirts came quickly and were exactly as we hoped they would be.

Great customer service! I had originally placed our design on the side of the chest that is not common at all and the design expert told me so. I then switched sides. Thanks.

My overall experience was good. Each customer service rep was helpful every time I called. As for the product, the white polos were not received well by my colleagues (too thin, "see through," etc.). The banana polos were better received. The recreated image/logo looks good. I'm glad they used the two different blue inks to recreate the image.

CustomInk is definitely the greatest company to order from, your customer service is amazing.

I appreciate the calls and emails in reference to alerting me that the order missed a few shirts do to stains on the shirt. The entire staff of Customer Ink is professional and thoughtful.
