Opportunity is to set a standard on how many items you will ship to a P.O. Box. I had a couple of different reps talk with me about it because I had 10 T-Shirts. It seems that it wasn't exactly clear, but we did resolve it.

I booked an appointment with customink to review my graphics and to have a custom t-shirt design made. The customer service representative who talked to me during my appointment was outstanding and very professional. I brought my 1 yr old to the appointment and she welcomed him as well as myself. I visited the bathrooms afterwards and WOW! they were clean and they even give free feminine products. The two t-shirt designs I ordered look wonderful! I highly recommend customink.

I've used Custom Ink two times so far and have been very happy with the customer service, fast turnaround and result. Only this time the screen printing had a little error. I would order again but would have to be make sure that that error is corrected for next time.
