I was a little confused with the process at first and since I was ordering various styles of sweatshirts and t-shirts I had to make sure the colors were all the same in each style. The customer service was always extremely helpful and willing to change everything that I asked them to change. They were very accommodating all the way through this process. I would definitely recommend Custom Ink!
