This is a GREAT company to work with. Two examples: 1) for our 12 person Ragnar relay team, we ordered men's, women's and unisex long-sleeve shirts as three separate orders using essentially the same design. They figured out that three similar orders were going to the same address, combined our orders, and saved us over 30% on the entire bill. Let me be clear: they called me and returned over 30% of the money I HAD ALREADY PAID! That's an ethical company I wanna do business with! (Hint: if you're gonna do a complex order, call 'em ahead of time to work out pricing and details. They're quite friendly.) 2) We had a last minute addition to our team. I called them TWO DAYS before the event and they were able to get another shirt to us just in time so that the new team member could not feel excluded. Really impressive turnaround with great quality.
