This was to have been a surprise (Christmas) for the BHS owner, my son, Chris Boyles! Your telephone rep's got it COMPLETELY confused and gave away the surprise, by sending the proof e-mail to him, and not to me, as directed. I indicated that ALL communication (& purchase) was through me only, but they asked if they should send order to Chris (NO!) and then charge him! (NO!) Then, they thought it was someone else's order! Yikes! Sooooo, I was FINALLY able to get it all straight & was "compensated" with $100. off the price.

CustomInk has a great and easy website to design shirts and then to place group orders. We placed a big order of over 100 shirts so did have a few mistakes in the correct sizes being sent but they quickly sent us replacement shirts. Customer service is great and the people are all very caring.
