I had never designed shirts before and made these for my slopitch team and the shirts turned out great. I chatted with someone online (can't remember her name) and she helped me make the logo perfect. They were more expensive than I expected but that's probably partly because we wanted the nice soft shirts (it's nice that you have those different options). I made good use of the sign up so teammates could pick their size while looking at the size chart and models (super easy and quick). They arrived on the day they were guaranteed by so happy with the time estimate too. Overall an easy process for some great shirts.

I love the shirts that we received and the customer service was excellent. We received the shirts actually sooner than I expected! I thought they would be late but they were right on time! The only thing that I didn't like was that the original shirt we tried ordering didn't ship to Canada for some reason. So we ordered another similar shirt, and it cost $35 each. A little pricey for a t-shirt if you ask me.

When my order was placed, I received a personal message from a custom ink representative with options for how to make the most out of the item I was ordering. I appreciate the quick, personal connection and speedy delivery. During my most recent order, the parcel was delivered late. I received a message with a coupon to be used on the next order.
