Honestly can say, I recieved really good customer service. When things didn't go right, they helped me fix it and change things around for me regardless of the fact that I was from Canada. The shirts look amazing and the service was fantastic....I can not comment the lasting quality of the work or shirts themselves as I haven't had them long but the order came in fast and perfect......I had also made a few alterations from my original design and they help me get that straight before completing the order....I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Hi Mark, no surprises, no excuses, everything as you ordered, and someone there to answer a question or make a valuable suggestion before the order is produced. I am a repeat customer for good reason. I always enjoy the high level of professionalism and how friendly and helpful Custom Ink employees are when you call. This last order, someone obviously checked the details throughly, and noticed I re-used a logo from a previous order. They promptly adjusted the fees to reduce the art charges. The material and logo and colours were fantastic! The sizing was a little surprising. It was inconsistent with sizing in the med grey hoodie. Not sure why but some were smaller than others. The staff loved the logo and the overall reception of the product was very positive. We will all be ordering again as others wish to join in on the fun and others want more product.

Overall , the shirt quality is very good and the delivery date to my door exceeded my expectations. I would definitely consider CustomInk for future projects. (Only detergent for us Canadians is the currency exchange!!)
