The customer service I have received from CustomInk has been, hands down, one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. The representatives (Anthony C, Trevor W and Emy Q) went out of their way to assist me with every question I had {and there were many}. Additionally, they always responded within minutes to my emails and phone calls. Just when I thought the customer service could not get any better, I received an email from Jane R asking me if it would be okay if they made a donation to our Relay for Life team. I was speechless. I will be a return customer and I highly recommend Custom Ink... they genuinely care about their clients and will go out of their way to show it.

I would like to add a suggestion...providing the option for different designs for each sweater purchased would be helpful rather than all the sweater designs having to be the same.
