I had submitted an order a few months ago for a few T-shirts for a company event and I thought the quality was good but the customer service was great. The website was easy to manage as well. When I needed to place a larger order I price compared with other companies but the service experience kept drawing me back to Custom Ink. Working with Melanie Brown and some of the other team was such a pleasure. Very friendly, patient and knowledgable. Graphics dept did a great job altering the art as needed. T-shirt price could be a bit lower but appreciated the Free shipping and commitment to delivery date. I would definitely use your services again and I would highly recommend CustomInk. Custom Ink has the most user friendly design site! There is an abundance of products, colors, graphic designs, and text options to choose from. I appreciate the designers double checking before production. And the quick shipping was great! The only suggestion I have is for repeat orders. It would be great if the cost of the shirts were the same on a repeat order regardless of the amount of products ordered.

CustomInk was great to work with. The website and ordering process was straight-forward and easy. I ordered shirts for our co-ed softball team. I placed one order for the guys' shirts and one for the girls' shirts. CustomInk picked up on this, combined the orders, and refunded us nearly $100. Now that's great customer service! And the shirts came in sooner than expected and looked exactly like they pictured when ordering. I will definitly be ordering from CustomInk again in the future.
