Awesome website, phenomenal customer service over the phone. Only issue was the poor quality of the material for the T-shirt we selected. Although the item was rather expensive the quality was very por, I am currently waiting to see how CustomInk will handle this problem.

The only big complaint that I have is that when I ordered my shirts I forgot one. So when I went back to order just that one shirt the total was almost $50! This was insane for one shirt when my other shirts were under 30 dollars each. I could have easily taken that same design to a local printer and had it done for half the price. Charging 50 dollars for one shirt just because of a late order is very unreasonable.

Screen printing on shirts was great, so was customer service, but the shirts feel as if they were made of burlap sack and I am extremely disappointed and will never go with custom ink again unless something is done about this. For 26 dollars a shirt i expect good material, not a scratchy, stiff material.
