Everything came out great!! CustomInk worked fast, communicated effectively throughout the entire process and always followed up as promised. These shirts are for my Breast Cancer 3Day team, and we're all really happy with the way they turned out. I was surprised to find that CustomInk somehow discovered I was a 3Day walker and made a donation to my efforts. That goes above and beyond customer service. I'll definitely be using them again next year - even without a donation.

Well, the order went through without me having to choose a color for the front. My experience has been that with web forms, if you leave something critical off, they don't let you continue. Maybe it's clear as day to people who make these shirts all the time, but I've never done it. It was a shock when one of your representatives had to call me and let me know there would be an extra $40 tacked onto my order. By then I felt trapped into saying yes. If I had known online, I might have altered it before I went through with the payment process.
