Neil was a great rep for you. He was very motivated to get it the way I wanted it. It didn't seem like he was trying to upsell anything (which is very annoying by the way) and he listened to what I wanted and made it happen. The art work came out great!

My overall experience has been positive. The only concern that I had is we ordered several women's and men's shirts. Upon arrival, I was not able to distinguish between the two. I finally realized that the women's shirts did not have a cuff at the end of the sleeves. It would have been much easier, if the tag in the shirt said women's or if they were wrapped seperately in the packaging.
