I'm glad the customer service woman explained about the inability to put a photograph on the tech shirts but wish I had known before placing the order as I has to inform many people and make sure the change was ok. It should tell you when you design the shirt that that is not possible. The artists were wonderful and made my change request the same day!

Really easy website to use from start to finish; ongoing check-ins from your company via email to confirm the order had been processed, in the making, and finally shipped. Shipping time was quick - one week - which was a nice surprise. I felt like if anything had gone wrong, you guys would be on top of it. We would definitely use your services again.

Let me tell you. I've wanted to start a t-shirt printing business for years and probably should, to support a number of businesses I have. After ordering from Custom Ink, there is no way I will ever start that business because 1) I don't see how anyone could improve/do it better than what Custom Ink is doing and 2) it's so easy to order and be done with it, it just makes much more business sense for me to leave it to the professionals at Custom Ink.
