I am very very very pleased with my overall experience with Custom Ink. I spoke to several different customer service reps and they were all very helpful and their response time was amazing. When I received the items, I was ecstatic about how it turned out. I absolutely LOVE IT!!!!

The shirts turned out really nice for my friends and I 15 year beach reunion! The website was easy to use and had tons of options.The design team had a useful idea to make the shirts look better, and I like how they took the time to make sure everything was lined up properly, looked good, and even sent a proof approval with their ideas! The package came earlier than expected, which was great! The prices were a bit higher than I hoped to spend, but in the end, I think it was worth it. Now, I have to wait and see what my friends think!

I really appreciated that the customer service rep noticed I could save $54 by using the same size images on the mens and womens t-shirts I ordered. She fixed the problem for me and refunded me the difference. That was so nice! CustomInk could have just pocketed that money but instead they totally looked out for me. I love how fast the shipping was and am very happy with my order.
