I would never order any kind of screen printing that required photographic quality gradients from Custom Ink ever again. Customer service did their best to help, but they were so far removed from the technical knowledge required to print my design, it took several rounds of communication to get close to what I wanted, and then the final product did not look like the comp emailed to me at all. (My design required that black be printed over a light blue in a a variety of shades of grey in order to mimic a textured look that ranges from black to electric dark blue. Instead, I have either black or bright blue, with no really variation between the tones.) I would order solid color printing, but that is it. I would do this because despite how miserable my final product was this time, I have had good luck with single color printing in the past with Custom ink, and because their customer service did really try to help despite their inability to really grasp what I wanted and how it could be achieved. As an artist and designer who has screen-printed t-shirts himself, I know what I wanted is possible. I just didn't get it.

Website is very easy and convenient. Customer service is very good. Assistance is quick and easy and everyone is very nice and helpful. Prices per shirt seem pretty expensive and all the little charges for colors and subtle differences etc add up. The shirts came out great but I'm a little worried that the materials used in the logo will not last very long after a few washes.
