As a repeat customer for screen printing this was my first try with Custom Ink embroidery on hats. I usually use a local shop but thought it was worth the try. Custom Ink could not embroider my logo without modifying it on one order (despite my local shop not having trouble with it) so I canceled the order and proceeded with my other design. The imagery arrived without clean lines or definition and the embroidery includes gaps in the images where the fabric behind shines through the stitching. I will stick to screen printing with Custom Ink and leave the embroidery to my local professionals.
