CustomInk has been great. We love the design and ordering tools, and talking to customer reps (to order different types of shirts with same design, in adult and child sizes) was great. My plea is to have a way to organize designs under your account - such as a folder for each project of different potential designs (we have ordered several times and keep using different emails to try to separate out the projects). Also to make it easier to use the same design on different shirts in the design tool and ordering, for doing unisex & ladies or child & adult shirt, e.g. But your great staff worked that all out for us.

The shirts were substantially smaller and tighter than expected, even with the measurements provided. This was the second order for youth products I have placed that has had that problem.

Great customer service, easy to use design lab, overall happy but a little disappointed with the shirt sizing. Says they run small but they run REALLY small. Some girls won't be able to wear them at all. For a tshirt over $20, we had some unhappy parents and unhappy girls. We used the new group order form functionality, worked great, a few recommendations to improve: 1. Allow user to set a different duration for how long order form will be available 2. Provide option and group pricing if group includes kids and adults but design is the same. In other words, one design, one group order form, multiple product options
