We have been ordering from CustomInk for our business for awhile now, and have NEVER had a bad, or even slightly unsatisfactory, experience with them. They are amazing! From the ease of use of their website, to the impeccable customer service over the phone, and the super easy and always perfect design and layout, we couldn't be happier! We have tried so many T-shirt places in the nine years we have had our business, and since we heard about (and fell in love with working with) CustomInk, we are never looking back!!!

I had a wonderful experience working with customInk's support team. My t-shirt contained Disney language that had to be modified as required by CustomInk's agreement with Disney. The support team alerted me to the issue, helped me change the design so it met Disney requirements, and were also helpful adjusting the design size. I was also really impressed with how I had an opportunity to do a final review and size confirmation of the shirts before actual printing occurred. Reviewing the design after it had been subject to improvements by CustomInk designers helped me see that the design size was too large when printed on smaller shirts and we altered it accordingly. The shirts look great and the American Apparel tri-blend shirts are super soft and comfortable.

Overall, it was an excellent experience. The design tool on the site was super easy to use and the people I spoke to on the phone were beyond friendly and helpful. I had to make a last minute change after I placed my order and it was totally easy and hassle-free. I'm glad I found you guys. I'm going to tell everyone I know about your business!

CustomInk's website is very user friendly and allows you to create custom shirts with unlimited possibilities. And if you need to fix a problem right away, their staff is easily accessible online or by phone. They deliver on time or even earlier and the product always better than I expect. Being a business that sells t shirts regularly I will always go with CustomInk for my custom shirts.
