Phenomenal experience! I would definitely order from CustomInk again. Customer service was outstanding. I decided to change my order prior to printing and they were so helpful in accommodating my request as well as making sure I received my order on time. This company has it together when it comes to the details. Design options, choice of fabrics (our ladies T's were so soft and well cut), customer service including proofing, tracking information, and oh yes, the PACKAGING. It's like a treasure has arrived. It's very easy and fun to design t-shirts on this site. I was getting too many reminder emails until filling out a survey. After mentioning the complaint, I did stop getting so many.

I was really pleased with the shirts but the thing that impressed me the most was the customer service. I had picked navy lettering and a lady emailed me and told me that it would print too dark on the shirt, so I picked a different color. Was so grateful for the help and recommendation! I loved how the shirts looked!

CustomInk was truly fantastic to work with! The website designing process is easy and straightforward, and the customer service is incredible! Not only did they email me regarding my design - I placed the front design on the upper right side, and apparently, it's traditionally on the upper left side, so customer service sent me an email asking if I wanted to move it to the "correct" side. I thought that was above and beyond. Then I received a call from CustomInk when they didn't hear back from me on the email they sent with the proofs, which was unexpected, but awesome, because the proof email had gone to my spam folder. They were nice and very friendly on the phone (and email). The shipment of 70+ shirts was supposed to arrive within two weeks of purchase, but it arrived two days early. The silk screening on the shirts was perfect. Overall, I had a great experience with CustomInk; I would recommend them to anyone and I would use them again. Thank you, CustomInk!
