The only downfalls to using your company are: 1. The browser you use is not compatible with what most people have on their computers. I myself had trouble ordering on line and had to call to see why it would not work. Once I found out that my Explorer was too old, I was able to use Firefox. I think our sales were low because most people are just not going to go to all that trouble to order a t-shirt. Next time I will not use the online ordering. 2. It would have been nice to get communication on how the whole online ordering worked up front. Questions were answered when I asked, but why should I have to ask so many questions and worry about how things worked. Shouldn't people get a procedure explained at the beginning. All worked out OK except for the disappointing sales and my stress level as I worried that all would go smooth. Maybe I can try again in the fall, but not with the online ordering.

I had a great experience....my shipping date got pushed back due to approval circumstances but my consultant set my shipping date to the prior date I was given when first purchased. Very pleased with but note to whom it may concern....express shipping prices are outrages!!! I think the more items purchased the better discounts!!! Thanks for everything!

I had looked at this website several times and was overwhelmed by it all; but eventually sat down and began to design for our purpose. Once I got started, I was addicted and could not stop with all the many options that were available. I had it designed and then ran into issues locating my security number on my credit card (it was a new American Express and forgot that the number was on the front) and had to call customer service. That is when your company stood out from the others. Your sales representative was amazing. He helped me with the credit card issue, but then also helped to make the shirt more reasonable in my price bracket and still convey the design and message we were after. He was ablsolutely amazing and so very friendly and funny. The shipment arrived way a head of schedule and it was great getting the package. It was like Christmas to see what was designed on our medium. Very neat experience all the way around. Will gladly use again if the need arises.
