Your live chat support staff deserve a medal. They dealt with a number of questions from me, over the course of the ordering process. They were incredibly helpful and I have recommended Customink to others based on their service alone! There was one upsetting issue when I ordered. The prices for the shirts changed - were raised- between the time I started the order and placing the order, so within 2 weeks. When I placed my order, despite having more shirts, my costs were higher. Thankfully, I had kept my emailed copy of a price quote (from live chat) so that I was able to prove a lower price/item. However, I was only able to get the full order at pricing for that quote, despite having additional orders. I was pleased that the previous pricing was honoured but upset that the prices were raised and no-one mentioned that as a possibility, nor did I save money/shirt by encouraging others to order more shirts. This experience, along with the current exchange rates has me wondering about ordering locally for next year.
