I think it would be beneficial to let the customers know that once you make an online order form you can't adjust the number as people order. I had to cancel my order and remake a new one. I know it seems like the message is clear but it was still a little unclear to me.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience! The sales rep guided me through every step perfectly and took time to explain everything in detail! I was nervous doing the designs online at first so I called for help and was very pleased with all the help I was given from Linzi Wade! She took me through every step and took the time to be sure sizing was correct and that I made excellent choices! I was impressed with her knowledge, professionalism and friendliness in guiding me through the process! When everything arrived we were pleasantly surprised at the exceptional quality of the material, the styles were so very nice! Our parents will love these gifts! Thank you!

Only complaint I have is that right after I ordered it, I went about a week with no updates or anything of the sort. And that's just being picky. Great service overall!
