I was pleasantly surprised when I got an email to confirm a perceived typo. The design I had was for accomplishing 3oo workouts in 1 year, 2019. Since this is 2020, your rep wanted to make sure it was correctly done at 2019 and not 2020.

Overall very pleased. Was very pleased with the edits that were proposed and product looks great. Medium sizing for the Champion raglan sleeve seems a bit on the small size. Would order again in the future!

Sean B. was a huge help to the operation, he was very kind on the phone, patient during the whole process, and answered all the questions I asked very clearly. Customer service seems to be what makes or breaks screen-printing companies and if all your employees are on par with Sean B. you're set! Thank you CustomInk and Sean B., it will be a great family reunion, Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours! Following up after working with Amy: Amy provided a broken down invoice which will make my task of collecting money from each individual based on shirt type and size so much easier! She was very patient and is clearly very skilled in using the Microsoft Suite. She also was very helpful regarding the small flaws identified in the screen-printing. I continue to be blown away by the phenomenal customer service at CustomInk- this is what makes me a loyal customer!
