This was an overall good experience. I did opt for the designers to review at the end, so I wish they would of let me know the lettering on the back was up super high on the shirt- it didn't seem that high when I was designing. But something I know to plan on next time!

Very disappointed that my 3 orders were not delivered acceptable the 1st time. Customer service had to resend a replacement shipment. Next time I will see if I can get my order done right the first time with another company.

My experience was okay. I would not recommend to others based on how inconvenient editing my order was, how expensive prints were and the lack of customer service to offer any additional discount when placing two back to back orders worth over $500. I took my second order to VistaPrint instead and saved time and money. I will not be returning to custom Ink.

It was easy to do on your website and they shipped it earlier than expected. I chatted with an Ink staffer to change the number on the shirt and he was very friendly and did what I requested. My grandson loves it.
