My order was a complete failure. I responded that the print was poor. There was an option to either get a refund or run the print again. I responded with my desire, but CustomInk has yet to follow up. I have no idea if they're ignoring me or refunding me or going to give an honest attempt to print the shirts correctly. This is my second survey regarding the experience, but I've had zero contact about the resolution regarding my order.

Our experience has been very positive. I needed some help with sizing of my uploaded logo -- the personal service I received was very helpful.
Also, there has been a mix-up in mailing one of our orders. Customer service has been very responsive and is quickly addressing the mix-up.
