Very pleased with the overall experience. Designing the t-shirt was easy on the website, ordering was easy, the product arrived much sooner than promised, great job of transferring the design I wanted to the shirt and the shirt is made of high quality materials. I've washed the first shirt one time so far and there appeared to be no deterioration of the graphics.

Always such a pleasure working with Custom Ink. They are on it when I am not, I know they want to hear what we want created and how to get there. Patience is off the charts. Huge shout out to Rachel Russell - She is a legend. I am probably one of the worst people to have to work with on the creative stuff, but she knows what she's doing, she's asking questions, she's on it. Just... great. I strayed away to another company for some swag earlier this year and let me tell you - Custom Ink has got this in the bag. Especially Rachel. Thank you!!!

I was working with a very tight timeline and was struggling with figuring out how to submit the images I wanted used on the Custom Ink website. I called customer service and in less than 15 minutes I had my images emailed to them, the T-shirts selected, received drafts back from them to ensure I liked the shirts and image placements, and was reassured that they would have the shirts to me in time. And they did!

Custom Ink Customer Service SAVED ME. I put in my order late at night right after my mom passed away and realized after I paid for expedited everything that I had put in the wrong designs. They were able to pause my order until I could correct the designs and still got my shirts to me on time! Thank you for your help and your kindness when I really needed it!

The towels look cheap and the brand name we placed on the towel is too small compared to the open space available on the towel. To be honest, I am embarrassed to hand these out to the employees. I need to call your customer service line about it, but we are a lean organization with little bandwidth. It is incredibly disappointing to spend the little money we have on culture/recognition items, only to receive broken boxes and cheap looking and feeling products.
