I have used Custom Ink a few times and each time the process online is seamless, and their turn around is quick. The quality of the embroidery has always been very good. One recommendation would be to remove more of the white backing from the embroidery, so it does not show up as a stiff shape under the shirt when worn.

Relatively easy to set up. Recommend working with transparent backgrounds. It would be nice if you could specify white backing (a la screen printing).
