The overall experience with Custom Ink exceeded my expectations. The design team noticed a possible important, although minute, detail that may have needed correction, and they reached out to me personally to ensure the design I customized for my hoodie was 100% correct and intentional. The ability to be able to customize a name brand fabric at an affordable price and have the end result be as exquisite as it is, is all the confirmation I need to know I will be a repeat customer for life, and refer any and all persons who may ask where they can customize their designs with exceptional end results and affordability. Customer service was very good. However, I gave specific instructions to have the shirt sit 2 inches off the collar and that was not done. I chose sky blue for the ink color and it came out dull. Not very bright. It's a computer print, so it is low quality. Not worth the money I paid.

The website asks you to come up with an estimated number of orders, provides pricing based on the estimate. If you do not meet your goal you must cancel your order and try again, or pay a large amount of money to cover the difference in cost. They are not very clear about this to begin with. For the price, and the quality. I would much rather go to a local screen printer. The only convenience is that custom ink allows for individuals to pay for their stuff in one space. Turn around and delivery of the product was much earlier than anticipated date
