The person I spoke with was helpful. The text help was unhelpful. I sent an email asking to remedy my order and havent heard back from them yet. I hope once I speak with someone, they are helpful in remedying my order that is entirely not accurate. I have used CustomInk for other things and had great experience so I am hoping this is just a blip.

I wish the site had warned me as soon as I uploaded my image that the resolution was too low instead of waiting until I tried to order it, but otherwise I'm very happy with Custom Ink -- and my items were delivered a full week earlier than anticipated.
