Terrific experience! Thank you!

pretty solid ordering experience but very disappointed with the finished product. The lettering on the back is completely crooked and off-centered.

The customer service experience was excellent. Longest wait time to talk to a representative was 5 minutes (which was a hold, not the first wait to talk to someone). Everyone was very friendly and made the process quick and easy.

I ordered four kid-size t-shirts from Custom Ink that included printing a custom image that I uploaded to their website. The quality of t-shirt and printing is excellent, with the image not like an "iron-on" image, but actually printed on the t-shirt. It was easy to order and delivered faster than they promised. I am very happy with the result and would definitely use them again.

Customer service is everything and I must say they bailed me out and really helped out when I missed the proof and didn’t catch my mistake. Thanks for working with us the make things right.

Service was awesome. They walked me through it and proofed the design for me so it didn’t end up in a place I didn’t want.

Custom Ink is fantastic. The quality of what I ordered far surpassed the previous business I tried. The selection of T-shirts is incredible, and the graphics are absolutely top notch. I'm thrilled with my order and will continue to use Custom Ink for my future projects. The only suggestion I have is to allow users the ability to use custom colors for fonts.
