Excellent experience from start to finish! The ordering process was easy, the design tools were user-friendly, and the customer service team was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The shirts arrived on time, looked exactly as expected, and the print quality was excellent. We've used Custom Ink for nonprofit and school organization apparel, and the experience has consistently been reliable and professional. We'll definitely order again.

We ordered a t-shirt at the last minute for a retirement gift, and we were under the wire. We chose Super Duper Speedy Express (or whatever the fastest level is) and paid the premium. We got the t-shirt 2 days earlier than promised! Our retiree was surprised and happy. Thanks so much!

So, so good. Jenn was friendly, helpful, and, most importantly, instilled trust that the order would be delivered on time and as expected. And it was!
