We got off to a problematic start. While the initial team member was helpful and nice, we ran into a roadblock in the second step. In my humble opinion, the roadblock could have been better managed by sharing why a similar product that I ordered previously (several times) was now subject to trademark and licensing review. There were no Princeton logos or names being used. The only things that were Princeton identifiers were my email address and mailing address, If the person let me know that my email triggered the review, it would have been much more quickly resolved. In the end it worked out, but there was a fair amount of annoyance.

Overall, the shirts are very nice. The price was a little high, but I only ordered 8 shirts. They were a day later than promised, but I still got them before I needed them.
