Easy to order and upload my logo. The logo fit to the shirt well. The process was not complicated

I ordered a couple of t-shirts to put my boyfriend's DJ name on. The crop top that I got came out good and the logo was shiny, bright, and crisp. His shirt looked dull and dark and almost used. Can't really see it cause it doesn't pop so hopefully they will replace that item with a better item but so far the experience has been mediocre.

My only issue is that we paid $1100 for rush shipping. This was due to an error on our side and needing shirts before a picture day for the swim team. However shirts were stuck with UPS and not delivered on time. I don't think this is your fault but I do think UPS should refund the next day delivery fee.

It was pretty good. The browser-based design layout UI was easy to navigate.
