I uploaded a company logo as a part of my design, and the logo was repeatedly changed in the proof by replacing individual letters with a different font. Not only did these changes not follow the brand's guidelines but it looks ridiculous to have mismatched text all over the place. Over the course of the project, I worked with over 5 different individuals who each time I had to re-explain my issue to. I really wish there was consistency there to make the feedback process go smoother. When I asked for information about how to make my artwork meet minimum print requirements, I was met with copy pasta that was dismissive and rude. Finally after learning what the requirements were and making the changes myself, the artwork was still altered against my explicit feedback. The final result was only approved by myself because I was running out of time and I had to just accept the poor quality design. This was an extremely frustrating and arduous process and in the end I was not happy with the final product.
