I couldn't be more pleased!!! You matched the colors of my painting wonderfully. I'll be ordering more next week and have already sold a few just from the prototype I ordered. Your website was also a breath of fresh air! After hours of looking for somewhere to have my painting put on a t-shirt.....I MEAN!...most places I found only print a few colors....need them listed....won't let You move forward and find out pricing without speaking with one of their design specialists, etc. I was frustrated and exhausted as my design is my own and complete and I just wanted to be able to price things out. Your site rocked! I'm also going to be ordering more of a different type of Your t-shirts with different artwork down the road. Thank You!!!

Every time I work with customink on t-shirts for group orders I make my life so much easier. When I have needed help they have always given me support and solutions and been some of the most friendly people I have ever dealt with. I don't know what they're pumping in the air at Customink HQ but more customer service businesses could benefit from using it. Kind and friendly, experience oriented and the end product has always been quality.

Remember to order two sizes larger than what you normally wear for shrinkage when wash. I will not be able to dry even according the the label I will have to let this shirt air dry to be able to get into into it again. The order came fast and that is great and the screen printing and packaging is great.

Awesome, we enjoyed the shirts and our work force made numerous comments as to the professionalism of our social committee during our event on 4/9. I had changed our design a few times and your staff always made sure we were happy. Finally some good customer service now a days that's rare. Do find all the e-mails a little bothersome.

I had a shirt custom made for a benefit I was having to celebrate the life of my best friend, who passed away. I was guaranteed a shipping date on the day of the event, so I was excited. The day before the event, I received an email from UPS that stated there was an updated shipping date for the day after the event. Scared that I wouldn't receive my order in time, I contacted customer service and spoke to Eddie. He researched the issue, and said there was no way to 100% guarantee I would receive the shirt in time, so he wanted to make things right. He set up a next day air delivery to make sure I had my shirt for the event. This was by far the best customer service experience I've ever had, and I'm truly thankful that Eddie went above and beyond to do what's best for the customer. I appreciate everything that was done to accommodate me, and your company has earned a lifetime customer in me!!

Overall, amazing work. I feel thankful for Customink for being the moving force that helps drive these clothes. The packaging was fine, we ended up folding it anyways, but the box broke, but that mightve just been because of the weather.

Website was easy to manevour around, whether it was searching or designing your clothing. Really liked the final proofs email to make sure the design and color schemes were correct. I sent in a request of two different designs for the under armour hats (6 tan and 6 black) and they were able to do it which was great because I was up in the air which color design to get.

Honestly, with today’s average customer service being so lousy, your customer service was a breath of fresh air. Nice to be treated as a person instead of a robot.

Overall the experience was good, I really like the website and how I can design my own print. I just did not like the material of the shirts (would order a different brand next time), and the quality of the print for the price seemed a bit extreme. The fading and cracking of the print after only one wash, following directions and only air drying, while not super bad yet, is more than I would like to see at this point.

I have ordered personally from your company in the past so it was a no-brainer when it came time to order shirts for the labor force at the company I work for. I will most likely never order the specific shirt I did as the quality was less than desired.

In a world of bogus internet ads and rip offs, this was a breath of fresh air!! Great support team. Very responsive both on internet and phone. Everything arrived before date!! Could not have asked for more!

I do love the redesigned logo that you assisted me with. However, with that being said for the price I paid for just one shirt, I would exect for the logo to not start fading away after only washes. This shirt was washed on delicate cycle, turned inside out, and hung to air dry. Very Dissatisfied.

The morale shirt is a long-standing tradition in the United States Air Force. It is intended to foster unit cohesion and advertise unit identity. I appreciate so much the flexibility and options for designing and printing t-shirts with CustomInk.
