VERY pleased with the service I got when I placed my order. I was ordering shirts for my son who is in the Army in Afganistan. He wanted shirts for him and the guys so it was sort of tricky making sure he got what they wanted. But Humza who was my customer service guy really helped us. The package was sent directly to him.He was out on a mission and was surprised to see the package when they got back. They were very pleased with the shirts. Pricing was very reasonable, especially where the package was going to. Thank you so much. Definitely would recommend your company..and I have to everyone!! Judy

I ordered these shirts for my entire family to wear to my son's boot camp graduation from The Marine Corps. My son left for boot camp on June 16, 2013. My brother, who was an active duty soldier in the Army, passed away on July 5, 2013. When the message was delivered to my son, they allowed him to call me. He was very upset and said that he was going to hang in there and graduate boot camp and become a Marine in honor of his Uncle Jeff. I knew that I needed to make sure his graduation was extra special for him and it certainly will be!!! He graduates Friday, September 13, 2013. I was more than pleased with CustomInk. I'm in awe of the systems that they have in place in order to satisfy customer's experience with their company! A+++++ Thank you for helping me in making this occassion a special one!!!!!!

Overall, great site to use, great service and great product! I did choose to have the order shipped to a stateside relative first however, and then on to us (we are in Europe with the Army and it's an APO address). I was told shipping to an APO can take a VERY long time.

i have ordered many times from custom ink for items relating to the service of our daughter and son in the US Army. all items have been delivered in a timely fashion and reflect the design we created at the highest level.

IF YOU WANT TO GET THE BEST..TRULY THE BEST SHIRTS THEN PLEASE BY THEM HERE. U WILL NOT BE Disappointed. As long as you take out the designs that you want And the custom name that you want!. They will print it perfectly I know I just received it out of all the businesses I have dealt with throughout the year That I promised business cards envelopes promotions this is the place to go for t-shirts. I was skeptical of course being ripped off so many times and wondering if getting a promotional shirt from my business was a good idea. but I have to actually tell you that the commercial does not lie they are professionals they do thousands of shirts per day. and to take the time to do one custom shirt perfectly is a lot. and my one sure came out exceptional. being a retired veteran/ I had the National Guard emblem placed on the back of the shirt/ with the u.s army name and military tank and I have to say that it is genuine army qualified it looks great.

The Salvation Army Corps in Waynesville NC really enjoy working with CustomInk each year to do our band camp t-shirts. The only thing we would like to see would be the ability to use parts from different graphics. Or incorporate our graphic better into one being used. Overall this site is wonderful and we could not be happier with our customer service.

We have the HIGHEST regard for customink.com. A team consisting of US Embassy (Jordan) and UN personnel ran a 242 km relay race from the Dead Sea to the Red Sea. We ordered our team shirts with little time to spare. After working with customink's supportive customer service representatives, we felt confident that our order would be executed on time and with our specifications. Not only did the shirts arrive to our overseas address within 2 weeks, they were of high quality and matched our submitted design exactly. We are impressed with the professionalism and the quality of customink's team and products. Many thanks from the Marine, Army, Air Force, USAID, and UN personnel for making our racing experience comfortable. The team won "Best Embassy Team" in the competition and placed 4th overall out of 38 total teams!

Great job. My only complaint would be the material/color of the shirts. I was hoping the green camo would be a little closer to the actual color used by the Army on their BDU's. The color was true on the website when we ordered, but that was really our only option other than tan (with no green)

I would like to tell u how great your online help was her name was Lindsay and she was awesome. I also received an email from Derek L. (A Former US Army Reserve) he was expressing his gratitude for my cousin who in which is in the Army and we ordered the shirts for her home coming from over seas, it meant a lot that he took his time to do that and I am so grateful for his service also.
