Absolutely fantastic customer service and product. I rarely fill out these reviews and surveys, but if it's possible, you should look back and see who my customer service agent was that helped me online and recognize that person (I apologize I forgot to note the name). The rep went above and beyond to provide excellent service, recommendations and suggested a possible alternative design for my koozie, which ended up being a lot better than my initial design. This rep deserves a bonus, raise or an award of recognition. That single interaction with the rep will ensure future business from me. I highly recommend custom ink and will recommend to all of my friends and colleagues. Send sincere thanks to the rep! The koozies turned out great and everyone that received one loved the design!

The site makes designing and ordering simple. Customer service did indeed email me with every step of the process up until my foldable koozies for my sons graduation party shipment, which was ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend custom ink and use them again myself!

I ordered the 100 of the regular and 50 of the tall neoprene koozies. I put our farms name on the front, and a saying on the back with a small art decal. They turned out perfect. Exactly what I had hoped for. We will definitely be ordering in the future from Custom Ink!

It was great. Just wish I would have waited a week longer to order because we ending up postponing our wedding and now 125 koozies have the wrong date.

From design to delivery everything was easy and fast. There are some smudges on the unforgiving white floatie we chose but most of the logo is there and still recognizable. Using this item as a giveaway for a Non-profit event and we are excited to have something different than the can koozies we have done in the past. Thank you!

We were really happy with our order of Koozies. They were the perfect price for our wedding favors - not nearly as expensive as some other options we looked at - and the product was higher quality than I even anticipated! Always a nice surprise :)

Bought 300 can koozies for our wedding, I wasn’t able to select different colored koozies with my same design on it but the CSR person was super awesome and got it all set for me with what I wanted (and was quick!). The koozies are as expected and look great! Can’t wait to hand them out!

I love custom ink but I won't be buying koozies again

We ordered koozies for our wedding, and we wanted a photo of our dog on them. We had to figure out a way to turn a colored image into a single color for screenprinting, but I figured out how to use a halftone filter in photoshop. We weren't sure what level of detail would be printed on the koozie, but we couldn't be happier!

Custom Ink always does a wonderful job with my orders. We have gotten Cousin Camp (family reunion) shirts from them for ten years, and we have never had one problem. The quality and design are fantastic, and whenever I need help with my designs, the creative team is amazing. We always end up with something super fun. My most recent order was birthday Koozies for my husband's birthday. I am excited to offer them to everyone tomorrow at our football tailgate. I know everyone will love them!
